Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays at 8:45 AM for 30-40 minutes, adjust as needed.
WHERE:
Robert Manship Park in Canterbury CT

We’ll meet to walk, get our steps in, breathe some fresh air, and share in the incredible mental health benefits that come from walking in community. Whether you’re a seasoned walker or just starting out, this is a welcoming space to move your body, clear your mind, and rise up to wellness—one step at a time.
