Kingston Ecstatic Dance

Join us at 14.30, Saturday 26th July, at The Barn Kingston CT4 6JB. For the first of our monthly events at this wonderful space.

Welcome circle and warm up

An offering of Blue Lotus tea followed by some mindful movement

Dance

An hour and 30 minutes freeflow, non verbal dance journey to a live DJ set. We start slow and build up to peak high energy movement and gently slow things down with some grounding tunes

Closing circle and Social

After the closing circle we have space to integrate and ground. Maybe grab a hot drink and catch up with fellow dancers before heading home. If you are driving we recommend bringing something to nibble and touching grass before heading off
