Bloom & Breathe Retreat

Escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature at our annual Bloom & Breathe Retreat at The Flower Farm, Denstroude in Canterbury. Nestled amidst vibrant blooms, this rejuvenating day retreat offers a unique blend of mindfulness and creativity whilst being immersed in nature. This retreat starts at 10:00am and ends at 3:00pm.

Elements to expect:

- Fresh seasonal organic pressed juice on arrival
- Restorative yoga to unwind, cultivate inner peace and release tension
- Get lost in the wildflowers with a garden tour for some flower-picking
- Indulge in a seasonal lunch prepared by local chef Ross Whitworth
- Craft a beautiful bouquet to take home with local florist Angie from Botanical Blooms
- Close the day with a sound healing journey inspired by nature, using resonant frequencies to promote relaxation and inner peace

Please note that this event is outside at The Flower Farm, Denstroude Ln, Denstroude, Canterbury CT2 9LA. In the event that it rains, a large gazebo will provided for shelter. Please note that this event is non-refundable and non-transferable.
