Experience the soothing benefits of sound healing regardless of your mobility. Our disability-friendly venue and seated format ensure everyone can participate comfortably. Cushions, blankets, and eye masks are provided for your ultimate relaxation.

Led by an experienced sound healing practitioner & therapeutic Yoga teacher who can offer adjustments for your comfort.

Please be advised that this event may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy (specifically sound-induced), those who are pregnant (especially in the first trimester), or individuals with a pacemaker or other electronic medical devices.
