Opening Reception: Meet the Artists of October

We are thrilled to welcome five talented artists to the Pynelogs Art and Cultural Centre for our October Show. Join us in celebrating the inspiring works of Catherine Barrett, Peggy Black, Jil Wolodarsky, Lori Lees-Stout, and Angélique Gillespie at the opening reception on Saturday, October 4, from 2 to 5 p.m.. Admission is free, and CVArts will be offering a delicious buffet for everyone to enjoy. Come share in the joy and cheer on these remarkable artists!

As part of the opening, Angélique Gillespie will host a special conversation titled “Reflecting on Our Journey as Artists.” Drawing from her lifelong dedication to mentoring others, Angélique will invite us to look closely at the paintings in this exhibition, explore the stories they hold, and consider how they can inspire us to see the world from a fresh perspective.
