You'll be guided through accessible techniques to target common areas of tension like the neck, shoulders, and upper back—no equipment or prior experience required. This is a great way to explore body awareness, relaxation, and self-care practices you can easily integrate into daily life.
Participants will receive a take-home guide to continue practicing on their own.

LOCATION INFORMATION This event will take place in Studio B. in Canmore, which appears as closed on Google. Enter the mall hallway between Bagel Co. and Roosters from main street; the studio will be at the back end of the hallway.
