Giggles and Grit: A Run for Women and Non-Binary Runners

We will be starting and finishing at Lovely Ice Cream located at the Shops of Canmore.

A group run for women and non-binary runners who want to move, connect, and laugh a little along the way. Whether you're brand new to running or already chasing vert and miles like it’s your job, this is your space.⁠

Expect a chill 6 to 8 km social-paced run led by local athletes Marika Pelham, Ali Walford and Rachel Sloan followed by post-run hangs and treats.

Easy pace, no drop. Come as you are.
