Creative Series: John Webster Painting Demo

We are so excited to welcome Calgary-based artist John Webster to Effusion!

John is known for his work in Disrupted Realism, a style of painting that combines elements of traditional realism with abstract expressionism and is characterized by distorted or fragmented images, bold brushwork, and unexpected colour choices.

He will be at the gallery painting live on Saturday August 2nd from 10-2. This is your opportunity to chat with John, view his incredible new collection, and watch his creative process unfold.
