Cosmic Calm

Join us with our friends from Right From the Start for a journey through the stars and into your inner world at Cosmic Calm—a creative mental health program designed to help kids and youth explore mindfulness, emotions, and self-care.

Through fun activities and calming crafts, participants will learn tools to support their mental well-being in a safe, supportive space.

This is a FREE, drop-in event.

When: Thursdays, July 3 - August 14

Ages 6-12: 10am-12pm
Ages 12+: 2-4pm
