Kundalini Yoga with Ambee

Join me back at The Hive for a Spring Kundalini practice, to stir that winter stagnancy, and welcome the emerging season.

Class will consist of breathwork, kriya, mantra & meditation.

Following class, a light seasonal Ayurvedic lunch will be shared, followed by optional sauna/cold plunge.
