These sessions are inclusive, supportive, and experiential. You'll leave with tools you can immediately apply - whether in clinical settings, community care, or movement-based practices.
During this training session you will:

🌿 Gain practical tools in grounding, regulation, and resilience.
🌿 Integrate trauma-aware principles into your professional or community practice.
We will also provide all course material, lunch and refreshments on the day.
