Come join me to bathe in sound with Sarah from Yoga With Sare.

Sare (she/her) is a Yoga Therapist, Teacher, Associate Trainer, and Energy Healer (Sound and Reiki). She educates and empowers people who are seeking health and wellness through the exploration of Yoga. She is usually found carrying a collection of instruments for some relaxing sounds when it comes to resting at the end of a yoga class. Although, a full sound bath event is an experience not to be missed when one happens.
