RUOK MyFirstGym FAMILY FUN RUN

Join us for our first annual RUOK MFG Family Fun Run at Yerrabi Ponds Gungahlin. Participate in our group warm up with motivational youth speaker Adele Auvaa, run/walk the pond course looking for bingo clues then hang out with your favourite coaches at the end to enjoy a few games and activities! This RUOK event is open to the community, in support of looking out for those around us. 💛🖤
