Staying active as we age is key to maintaining strength, balance, brain health, and independence — but it can come with challenges. In this engaging, science-based session, you’ll discover how different types of exercise support healthy ageing, plus practical ways to make movement part of your life.
Strength for Life is a progressive exercise program overseen by COTA ACT, designed specifically to help older adults improve their physical strength, fitness and social connection.

About the Speaker:
Danielle is a qualified health coach, personal trainer and Strength for Life Instructor. She brings together a strong foundation in exercise science, behaviour change, and coaching to support older adults to stay active. With a special interest in helping those who are new to exercise—or returning after a long break—Danielle combines evidence-based guidance with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach.
