Clarke lost the legs from his drums. Help us replace them...

Clarke is a drummer. Clarke keeps losing bits of his drums. Clarke’s bands have agreed to play a fundraising gig - LegsFest, at Smith’s Alternative this January to replace drum legs that he lost.

How much could replacement drum legs possibly cost? Why does he not simply take responsibility for his own actions and belongings? Who is Clarke?

All valid questions, but the answers are simply too much to untangle here. Begrudgingly playing are:
