Entrée

Crispy Halloumi Salad
Served with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, rocket and balsamic dressing

Classic Caesar Salad
Cos lettuce, crispy bacon, croutons and creamy dressing with grana Padano parmesan cheese



Mains
(all meals served with seasonal vegetables)

Pan-Fried Chicken Breast
Served with sour cream and chive mash, broccolini and creamy thyme jus

Barramundi Fillet
Served with mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and saffron and rosemary cream
