DAVID BATH AND THE HOT TUBS (3pm)
Taking inspiration from early Australian, British and American rock music periods. With musical influences ranging across the 90’s grunge, modern alt-country-rock and surf guitar-blues.
Lead by David Bath, songwriter and guitarist from Canberra who released his first E.P tilted ‘Do What You Must’ in 2018 with the Hot Tubs. The music draws on his interests in social issues, contemplation and general wellbeing for the planet. Telling stories about life, and how we adapt as it unfolds.
Backed up by the Hot Tubs, featuring Katharine Hagan (drums) Gerry Andrew (bass). The band brings a super laid back psyched-out vibes to warm everyone up, with some punchy, blues, surf edged numbers at the junctions
THE ROYAL BELGIAN CONSPIRACY (4pm)
Led by the onstage energy of lead singer Moozy, indie-folk alt-country act The Royal Belgian Conspiracy will leave you entertained, shedding a tear one minute and getting up to dance the next.
Expect whispered secrets, crooked love songs, dark humour, and tunes that dance between heartbreak and mischief. Not everything will make sense… but it’ll feel right.
Once described as The Milk Carton Kids, Ryan Adams, Old Crow Medicine Show, Sufjan Stevens and Southern Culture On The Skids in a blender.
