Australian Bird Series: Magpie in Watercolour, with Lesley Wallington

Learn how to paint a magpie with experienced artist and tutor Lesley Wallington!

About the workshop:

During this special one-day workshop you will have an opportunity to understand the magpie's character and anatomy, develop your use of pencil techniques for quick sketches and transfer of a drawing. You will also learn basic watercolour techniques, colour mixing, as well as how to create light and shade with transparent layering. By the end of the day you will create a completed beautiful magpie artwork!
