Angela Lount & The Fedoras play 'Jazz at Jamison'

Captivating songstress Angela Lount fronts The Fedoras, an experienced group of musicians with an enormous explosive energy. This popular Canberra five-piece ensemble draws together some of the best in local musical talent.

Reformed for a one-off appearance at ‘Jazz at Jamison’ last year after a 5-year hiatus, the band was a huge success and we are thrilled to welcome them back to ‘Jazz at Jamison’ for an eagerly awaited repeat performance.

Angela will be joined by Dan Maclean on trumpet, renowned pianist Wayne Kelly, James Luke on bass and Mark Sutton on drums.

The Fedoras is a highly professional music outfit with a reputation in Canberra for polished performances that always entertain. The band has an extensive play list, ranging from jazz and classic standards, through to disco, rock’n’roll and today’s popular music. Jazz is a favourite, however, and the audience can expect some upbeat swinging jazz, guaranteed to have your toes tapping.
