Aerial Hammock Workshop

We are so excited to have Jess Sewell return to our studio for this hammock workshop! In this session, Jess will teach a series of flow sequences, before working with participants on some exciting drops and dynamic combos.

Hailing from Three Rings Aerial in Newcastle, Jess is a skilled aerial instructor with a strong understanding of skill progression and performance development. She is a keen teacher of all aerial disciplines including hammock, silks, trapeze, lyra, as well as duo and acro-balancing. She is a seasoned performer, and has competed at a state and national level. She is a national champion for aerial sling, winning the Open Apparatus section at La Folie Nationals 2024 and placing third at Bend the Air Nationals 2025. You won’t want to miss this opportunity to work with her!

This workshop is suitable for ages 13+. Participants must be level 2 (blue) or above.
