Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga

Stand up paddle board yoga. This all levels yoga class pairs safely aligned movement with breath work so you feel great during and after class. SUP yoga is a completely different experience than yoga on your mat! Challenge your core muscles, stretch them out and find deep relaxation while getting lulled into relaxation by Canandaigua Lake.

No yoga experience necessary

Wear gym clothes or a bathing suit - we recommend technical fabrics instead of cotton because cotton will get hard to move in once wet.

Bring a towel and change of clothes
