Honor your being every Friday morning with a gentle, grounding experience designed to connect your body, mind, and soul.
🧘♀️ What to Expect
Each session includes:
• Deep breathing rhythms to harmonize the nervous system
• Slow, accessible movements & easy yoga poses to create space in the body
• A meditative body scan for inner awareness
• A short intuitive guided meditation
• A mini sound healing journey
✨ Perfect for beginners.
📍 Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and fill out a brief form if it’s your first time attending.
🧺 Bring your own yoga mat and water.
💵 Sliding scale: $5–$10 (cash or Venmo preferred).
🚪 Class is drop-in, no pre-registration required.
👥 Space holds up to 12 participants comfortably.
