Honor your being every Friday morning from 9:15am-10:15am and Connect into your body mind & soul. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled in to the space and fill out a form if it is your first time joining in. These sessions will incorporate deep breathing rhythms to harmonize the nervous system, various slow movements & easy yoga poses to create space in the body, a meditative body scan for inner awareness, followed with a mini intuitive guided meditation, and mini sound healing journey. Please bring your own yoga mat, and water! This offering is $5-$10 on a sliding scale to ensure quality health care is accessible. Cash/Venmo preferred payment. This is a drop in class and no pre-registration is required. The space does hold a maximum of 12 participants comfortably.

Hayley Godfrey has been a Certified Yoga Facilitator since 2021, Certified Sound Facilitator since 2024, and Licensed Massage Therapist since 2020. Hayley is excited to share her passions with the community, to bring a form of connection, wholeness, and awareness to all.
