Self Healing Practice

You’re invited to a self-healing session, designed to help you soften into your body, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and begin to release what no longer serves you.
This 30-minute restorative practice (with time to arrive and transition — please allow 45 minutes total) offers a soft introduction to Spinal Flow and your body’s healing gateways.
🌿 In this sacred space, you’ll be supported to:
💫 Feel where you may be holding tension or emotion
💫 Begin to gently release stress stored in the body
💫 Connect mind, body, and soul in loving presence
💫 Rest, reset, and return to your true self
Cost- donation
Come just as you are — no experience needed. Please bring blanket or yoga mat and bolster if needed.
