We’ll begin by sipping a cup of artisanal cacao, lovingly crafted by a women’s cooperative in Peru, to open the heart and awaken the senses. From there, we'll ease into a soothing, guided meditation designed to deepen your soul connection and bring clarity.
Next, let your creativity bloom as we dive into intuitive floral art, allowing you to express your inner world through colors, textures, and natural forms. No experience needed—just bring your open heart and curiosity! Whether you're new to art or looking for a fresh outlet, this is yourspace to let the flowers within you blossom into a beautiful expression of your soul’s voice.
All materials are provided, but feel free to bring your own tools if you'd like.

About Your Guide
Joan Ruffels is a teacher, facilitator, ceremonialist, intuitive and healer, wisdom seeker, world traveler, and global citizen. My artwork explores the softness and fluidity of life’s journey. I feel ink and watercolor offer a sense of lightness that is always present, even in our most tender moments. I love working intuitively, often with flowers, and I’m constantly in awe of the messages that emerge through the creative process. Each piece allows me to connect more deeply to my soul, inviting and reminding me to see the world through eyes of beauty.
