Full Moon Sound Bath

The Full Moon is a powerful time to tap in.

Come as you are and relax with a guided meditation and sound experience. The meditation will gently shine the light on what does not serve us while we release it to the energy of the Full Moon to transform. Follow that with a 45 minute sound bath combining vocals, harmonium, guitar, chimes & crystal bowls to soothe and support all who attend.

Spots are limited.
15 max.
BYO yoga mat, pillow, blanket - whatever you need to be super comfy.
There are 2 couches for those who cannot be comfy on the floor.
