Lived-Experience Art Competition: Prize Ceremony & Virtual Gallery Launch

Celebrate creativity, resilience, and lived experience!

Join us for the Lived-Experience Art Competition Change and Hope Prize Ceremony and Virtual Gallery Launch, proudly presented by the Centre for Disability Research and Policy and the Disability At Work Network.

This event will mark the end of the year with a celebration of artists and their wonderful work, who have been gracious enough to participate in this competition and share their experiences with us.

The evening will also see the launch Change and Hope Virtual Gallery, which will feature submissions to the 2025 Lived-Experience Art Competition.

During the event, we’ll announce the Jury Prize winners and celebrate the transformative power of art and the importance of recognising lived experiences of disability.

The following awards will be presented:

• Jury Prize – $1,500
• Two Runner-Up Prizes – $700 each
• Young Talent Award/s – $200 vouchers
• People’s Choice Award – $400

Dress Code: Smart casual (whatever makes you comfortable!).
