👉 What Are the Themed Networking Zones?
New for 2025, we’re introducing five exclusive Networking Zones. These are designed to deliver more value, more learning, and more connection opportunities during the Macarthur Business Showcase.
Each Networking Zone is a sponsor-led, informal breakout space, located just outside the main expo area. These spaces offer attendees the chance to take part in two short sessions per zone throughout the evening.
How Do the Theme Networking Zones Work?
Each zone runs two 15-minute sessions during the Showcase (12 minutes of content + 3 minutes to transition between zones or return to the expo floor).
Sessions are conversational — think Q&A, hot tips, or a mini masterclass.
No bookings are required. Visitors can drop in and out as they please.
Zones are clearly signed, with chairs for 8–10 attendees at a time, creating a relaxed and intimate environment for meaningful discussion.

Each zone has an overarching theme — but sponsors can tailor their sessions based on their niche and expertise. Sponsors may present solo or collaborate with another expert for a richer discussion.
