• Space: Each exhibitor will be allocated a trestle table (up to 1.8m length)
• Table: Table will be supplied with a tablecloth.
• Banner Showcase: Allocated space for your pull-up banner at allocated stall
• Chairs: One chair for each stall.
• Electric Point: Limited powered sites available upon request. Cost of $20+GST
• Food: One drink voucher on arrival and finger food after 7:30PM.
• Vehicle Exhibitors: Parking space equivalent to 1-2 car spaces.

What Are the Themed Networking Zones?

New for 2025, we’re introducing five exclusive Networking Zones. These are designed to deliver more value, more learning, and more connection opportunities during the Macarthur Business Showcase.

Each Networking Zone is a sponsor-led, informal breakout space, located just outside the main expo area. These spaces offer attendees the chance to take part in two short sessions per zone throughout the evening.

How Do the Theme Networking Zones Work?

• Each zone runs two 15-minute sessions during the Showcase (12 minutes of content + 3 minutes to transition between zones or return to the expo floor).
• Sessions are conversational — think Q&A, hot tips, or a mini masterclass.
• No bookings are required. Visitors can drop in and out as they please.
• Zones are clearly signed, with chairs for 8–10 attendees at a time, creating a relaxed and intimate environment for meaningful discussion.

Each zone has an overarching theme — but sponsors can tailor their sessions based on their niche and expertise. Sponsors may present solo or collaborate with another expert for a richer discussion.

What is the Macarthur Business Showcase? The Macarthur Business Showcase is an expo designed to promote local businesses by providing a platform for them to display their products and services, network with other business owners, and engage with the community. The Macarthur Business Showcase is proudly organised by the Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with The Cube, Campbelltown Catholic Club.

Who can attend the Macarthur Business Showcase? The event is open to all businesses across Western Sydney and community members.

Campbelltown Chamber members can attend for a fee of $120 until 15 August, 2025 and $140 after that date.

Non-members pay $135 until 15 August, 2025 and $155 after that date.

Visitors (non-exhibitors) are free. Visitors can purchase a Canape ticket for $55.

What is included for exhibitors?

How do I register as an exhibitor? Exhibitors can register by selecting the "Exhibitor Registration" option on our website and completing the required information.

How do I register as a member or non-member attendee? Campbelltown Chamber Members and non-members can register by selecting the appropriate registration option on our website and following the prompts.

What are the Networking Zones? The Networking Zones are casual, sponsor-led breakout areas running throughout the Showcase, offering 10-15minute expert sessions on topics like marketing, finance, HR, tech, and business growth. They're a great way to learn something new, ask questions, and connect with local experts.

What is the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable for this event.

Is there any food provided? Yes, all registered exhibitors will receive one drink voucher on arrival and finger food from 7:30PM.

Are there any age restrictions? No, there are no age restrictions for this event.

Is the venue accessible? Yes, The Cube is fully accessible. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance.

Will there be food available? We will provide a variety of finger food for all exhibitors. Visitors can purchase a canape ticket, for $55 (member and non-member).Food is NOT available for purchase on the night inside the venue hall. However, food is available for purchase, within the Catholic Club.
