Ice Age Center Presentation And Telescope Viewing

Look through telescopes at the wonders of the real universe!

We will be at the Henry Reuss Ice Age Center after sunset. We will start with an astronomy presentation in the theater, and then go outside and look through telescopes. On the menu for the evening will be mountains and craters on the Moon, the ringed planet Saturn, colorful double stars and "deep sky" objects such as star clusters, nebulae, and other galaxies!

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the night sky, find out how telescopes work, or just spend some quality time with the family. If the sky is cloudy we will still be there showing telescopes; if it's raining the event is cancelled.
