Mindfulness and the Creative Life: Writing Workshop

Free Workshop with Margo McLoughlin | Sept 27 & 28 | 10:30am–12:30pm

This two-hour workshop offers a gentle and inspiring introduction to a mindfulness-based approach to creativity. Guided by storyteller and mindfulness educator Margo McLoughlin, participants will explore key principles through journal writing, poetry, and conversation—all designed to help reconnect with a sense of wonder and deepen their creative practice.

Whether you’re working on a specific project or simply looking to bring more presence and intention into your daily life, you’ll leave with practical strategies to carry forward.
