Dance Temple Campbell River is excited to present:
"Collective Effervescence" with DJ Exclamation Heart (Jennifer Corbett)
What is “Collective Effervescence?”
It’s the energetic sync of sacred unison - that spark you feel when deeply connected to others. It can rise up while dancing at a festival, drumming or singing in circle, or being moved by art. It is those beautiful moments when vibrations stir something profound within, creating a shared emotional and energetic experience. A prolific connection to something greater than ourselves.
Whether you're a Dance Temple regular or new to this beautiful family, collective effervescence is likely something you've felt - as the music takes hold, and the bodies around you move in unspoken harmony with the rhythm of your soundings. Exclamation Heart has curated a set designed to carry dancers on a journey through the resonance of shared connection, embodied freedom, and the magic of moving together.
About DJ Exclamation Heart:
Rooted in rhythm and revolution, DJ Exclamation Heart is a queer, neuro-spicy, and disabled artist who weaves sonic landscapes that move bodies and stir hearts. With a deep reverence for music as medicine, they craft sets that hold space for collective joy, emotional release, and ecstatic connection.
Influenced by the healing power of movement and the sacred chaos of the human experience, Jennifer plays with texture, energy, and intention. Whether behind the decks at intimate gatherings like International Women’s Day or high vibing events like FLIRT, their mission is clear: to create safer, soul-charged spaces that celebrate diversity and awaken the wild within. You can follow her journey at soundcloud.com/exclamationheart and instagram.com/exclamationheart
