Yoga Retreat, Freycinet Lodge Tasmania

I would like to invite you to join me on a very special Retreat at Freycinet National Park, Tasmania. On a recent trip here, I was reminded how perfect the area is to immerse in the rhythms of nature and explore rest. I feel deeply connected to this area and its natural healing energy, and now I would like to share this amazing place with you.

We will have a private, onsite space to practice Yoga to focus on rest, self-kindness and connection. You will be guided in two daily yoga practice, meditation and evening yoga nidra. Teaching practices to align with the cycles of nature, designed to ease the nervous system and promote rest and restoration in your body. The winter solstice is the perfect time to gift yourself this sacred pause and renewal.
