You’ll learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation, explore simple breathing and grounding techniques, and create your own personal mantra to carry into the new year. This inclusive class welcomes people of all backgrounds and abilities. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and ready to embrace the season with clarity, balance, and an open heart. Ages 18+
