Your Creative Eye: Photography Workshop

Join us for an inspiring afternoon of creativity and photographic skill-building in a beautiful coastal Maine studio. Guided by two seasoned fine art photographers, Julie McCarter and Sue Michlovitz, this intimate workshop blends hands-on photography exercises with writing, discussion and reflection for your artistic practice. Workshop Facilitators:

Julie Fischer McCarter is a fine art photographer and psychotherapist who leads workshops related to mindfulness and creative expression. She studied photography at the Academy of Art in San Francisco and has an MSW from UC Berkeley in Clinical Social Work. Sue Michlovitz is a Mid-Coast Maine-based visual artist working in photography, artist books and mixed media. Her work often seeks to bring the unnoticed into view and strives for a combination of tactile and visual aspects in her work. She received her MFA in Media Arts from Maine Media, Rockport ME.
