We Hike to Heal- Free Women's Meditative Walk

Join Delaware’s We Hike to Heal’s Ambassador, T’Laura for a free meditative walk.

We’ll enjoy a serenewalk around Brecknock Park which is a 1-3 mile trail. This is a easy walk with beautiful views. We welcome all fitness levels to join us; the goal is to enjoy the journey, we are never in a race!

Once we reach a comfortable resting place, we’ll plan to take a break to catch our breath, enjoy the view and do a little breathework, mediatation, and gratitude journaling!

Time: 10:00 a.m (please be punctual!)

We will meet near the walking trail near the entrance.

Location/Directions: 80 Old Camden Road, Camden 19934

Parking: Free public parking

Difficulty level/Distance: Easy/1-3 Miles

Restroom Facilities: Public restrooms

What you will need for this hike:

• Plenty of water to drink! (we recommend at least 1-3 liters)
• Sunblock and/or hat to protect you from the sun
• Comfortable hiking shoes/boots or trail sneakers. Comfortable moisture wicking clothing – workout clothes work just fine!
• A daypack/backpack to carry all your items
• A towel to sit on if you’re uncomfortable sitting on the ground
• Your journal and a pen
