I'm thrilled to present Layered Escape, a new series of work for the fall and holiday season at Carver Hill Gallery in Camden, Maine!
This latest series is inspired by summers spent painting in the woods of Maine. Surrounded by wildflowers and woods, I gather memories, photos, and sketches into collaged compositions that evolve like a song, rhythmically layering form, color, and texture.
These paintings capture the fleeting beauty of roadside blooms, inviting viewers into a space of joy, transformation, and connection with the natural world.
The work will be on view October 16th 2025, at Carver Hill Gallery alongside many other amazing artists represented by the gallery.
On Thursday, October 16th, the gallery will host an Artist Reception from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
