Are you new to yoga, or ready to reconnect with your practice in a mindful and supportive way? Our Yoga for Beginners series is the perfect place to start.
This 5-week journey offers a welcoming space for those brand new to yoga, as well as anyone looking to refresh their foundations and ease into a more active practice. Guided by experienced teachers Libby McDonnell, Renee Page, and Di Johnston, you'll be gently introduced to the essentials of yoga, empowering you with the confidence to join any class on our schedule.
Throughout the series, you will explore:
The foundations and philosophy of yoga
Essential standing and seated postures (asanas)
Breathwork (pranayama) for calming the nervous system
The art of meditation and mindful movement
How to synchronise breath with movement for balance and flow
Understanding how your unique body fits each posture
To enhance your experience, each session integrates therapeutic essential oils, helping to ground and calm both body and mind. You'll also receive a custom essential oil blend to support your home practice and deepen your connection between sessions.
All equipment is provided—just bring yourself and an open heart.
