In this reflective, empowering workshop you will:

• Reimagine them as powerful, self-chosen myths
• Explore your origins, challenges, and triumphs through a new lens
Through gentle movement, guided visual journeys, storytelling techniques, and mythic writing prompts, you’ll transform limiting narratives into stories that uplift and strengthen you.
