Therapeutic Book Club for Moms (Group Therapy)

Attention Cambridge Moms!

Join me and other moms as we explore motherhood using the book Mothershift by Jessie Harrold. Becoming a mom is full of beauty, but it is also a time of great change. With change comes turbulence. Having to leave behind your old identity and rediscover who you are is no small feat. If you are feeling like your world has been turned upside down, know you are not alone. Come alongside me as we dive into topics of motherhood and learn new ways to support our mental health as we navigate change.

This 6 week group will be hosted at Fireside Haven in Hespeler. Babies are welcome to join! Space is limited. Register here:
