The Man Who Painted His House Screening at All Saints Church

This short film tells the story of Parr, a working-class Victorian artist who spent 40 years transforming his home with intricate Arts & Crafts designs. Through archival material, contemporary reflections, and a beautifully composed original score, it brings his artistic legacy to life.

The screening will also feature a live performance of Richard Uttley’s original score for viola and piano, inspired by the music of the Arts & Crafts movement.
