About the event

Sit Fit with Di

This fun, friendly older adult's class is low impact with a strength and balance focus.

All participants have a chair for the seated exercises and to assist with balance.

Everyone is welcome and all levels of ability are catered for :)

$4 per class or $10 for 3 classes.
