When we move through a vinyasa flow we align with our breath, with our movements and with each other. We streamline ourselves to focus on what we feel and need moment to moment.

This session takes the enquiry further, exploring how yoga asana practice aligns our spines, our chakras, and our sense of equanimity in these ever-changing, and often challenging, times.
