Premiere Series: Summer in New England—$150

Join us for an evening that celebrates the flavors of a coastal New England summer. We’ll pair regional classics—creamy chowder, , fresh-from-the-dock seafood—with artisan cheeses chosen to complement their briny, buttery character.

Each course will be matched with carefully selected New England beers and wines, highlighting the crisp, bright, and refreshing notes that make these pairings shine in warm weather.

Along the way, our cheesemonger will guide you through tasting techniques, pairing principles, and the stories behind each local ingredient. Come hungry, curious, and ready to savor summer.

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a dinner, cheese, wine, and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
