Outdoor Mini Retreat

Life is busy, and finding time for yourself can feel impossible. Yet calming your inner thoughts and being in nature are essential for your mental well-being.

Led by Beckie, a trained Life Coach and Hypnotherapist, these mini outdoor retreats are designed to help you step away from life’s pressures, reconnect with yourself, and recharge in the peaceful outdoors. Held within the school day, it gives you the perfect window for some me-time—without the kids even noticing!

Join us at Wandlebury for a time of meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection, surrounded by nature’s calming energy. It’s the perfect opportunity to breathe, reflect, and explore new possibilities for your life.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, and bring something to sit on, along with a notebook and pen.
