Midlife, work & menopause workshop

Being a midlife woman can bring a variety of challenges and then comes along the menopause. We have created a workshops which looks at the ups and downs of midlife while exploring what menopause can look like at work.

Learn how to navigate this stage of life with confidence and empower yourself and your colleagues. Our workshop will cover a range of topics, including:

*What are the symptoms and how they might affect you in the workplace
*Other challenges we can face in midlife
*What can employers do to support you
*What does reasonable adjustment look like for you?
*The value you bring to the workplace
