Micro Series: Pressing On—An Olive Oil Exploration—$50

Join us for an illuminating tasting experience focused on the exquisite flavors of olives and olive oil! In this class, you'll savor a delightful selection of olives, ranging from robust green to buttery black varieties, while learning about their unique flavor profiles and ideal pairings.

Experience the nuances of extra virgin olive oils, sampling different regions and harvests to appreciate the subtleties in taste, aroma, and texture. Learn about the history of the olive, its place of honor throughout numerous civilizations, and its wide array of modern uses. Whether you’re a seasoned foodie or a curious beginner, this class promises a delectable exploration of the heart of Mediterranean cuisine!

To fully participate in the class:

1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as the tasting olive oils and accompaniments for one.

2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 8:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).

3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class.
