In-person support meeting - Nutrition and Weaning

Join us for our next La Leche League Te Awamutu meeting, where we’ll be exploring the fourth topic in our series: Nutrition, Weaning and More.

As your baby grows, so do their nutritional needs. This meeting will focus on how to support your little one's development through good nutrition and gentle weaning. Topics will include:
🍎 Introducing solids – when and how to get started
🥣 Understanding baby-led vs. parent-led weaning
🍼 Balancing breastfeeding with new foods
🧠 Meeting nutritional needs for both baby and parent during the weaning process

Whether you're just starting to think about weaning or are already well on your way, this session will offer helpful insights, encouragement, and support.
