We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.85 and require drivers with their own vehicles, compensating mileage at 30p per mile. Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
As an Elderly Befriender, you'll work a flexible schedule of 10-40 hours per week, including weekdays and alternate weekends to ensure consistent care for our clients. Various shift patterns are available, ranging from morning to evening. Client appointments are typically an hour or longer, allowing you to build meaningful connections. We prioritise matching your weekend availability with your weekday commitment to maintain continuity of care.
