🌿🐝 Hello Radiant Bees! We're pleased to announce our next monthly morning Ecstatic Dance: Heart Hive's FLOW 🐝🌿
Heart Hive returns with another nourishing morning of movement, connection, and community at our beloved home, the Cambridge Masonic Hall (1950 Mass Ave, Cambridge, MA).
This gathering is themed FLOW — the art of listening, softening, and allowing life to move through us. Flow invites us out of force and into presence: into the natural rhythms of our bodies, the music, and the collective pulse of the room. As a hive, we practice trusting the current; knowing when to move, when to rest, and when to simply be carried.
These mornings are about more than dancing, they’re about finding ease together, releasing resistance, and remembering that when we flow as individuals, we flow more beautifully as a community.
We are deeply honored to welcome the legendary Tara Ma to the Heart Hive dance floor. A vital pillar of Ecstatic Dance Providence, Tara Ma is known for her masterful, wave-like journeys that guide dancers effortlessly between grounded embodiment and expansive release. Her sets invite trust, surrender, and deep attunement, a perfect match for our FLOW theme.

Supporting the journey, we’ll have Mara of @Taurusmoonmassage offering donation-based massage during the dance inviting deeper circulation, relaxation, and embodied flow through touch.

In our Art Community Corner, we’re excited to welcome a new artist to the Heart Hive family: Scarlett Aurora Rose of @auroras.enchantments. Scarlett will be guiding a live communal art piece, offering dancers a space to translate movement into color, texture, and shared visual expression — letting creativity flow beyond the body and onto the canvas.

After the dance, Ramon of @Ib_and_flow will guide us through a closing sound healing, allowing the energy of the morning to settle, integrate, and land gently. This sonic offering will support nervous-system regulation and help us carry the essence of FLOW beyond the dance floor and into the rest of our day.

Following the sound healing, we’ll gather for our now-beloved community breakfast and circle, with light post-dance nourishment such as fresh fruits, hummus & chips, granola, rice cakes, chai, and more!

Address: 1950 Mass Ave Cambridge MA (Masonic Hall in Porter Sq) 3 minutes from Porter Square T! We encourage you to walk, bike and take the T. Free, on-street parking on Sundays and limited spots available at the venue. (Give yourself some extra time to find a spot as parking can be harder to find in this area.)

Instead of selling tickets, we are now accepting donations to help cover our new overhead as well as have more to properly pay talented artists and facilitators. We want Heart Hive to remain accessible for everyone, so if the new sliding scale feels out of reach, please consider volunteering for an event.
